When you create an account and use NeuroSarathi, we collect:
- Your email address and account credentials
- Information you add about your child (name, age, gender, focus areas, food preferences, and optionally a photo)
- Milestones, routine, and activity data you choose to log
- Conversations you have with Sarathi Avatar, our AI companion feature
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and personalize the Platform's features for you — such as showing your child's routine, generating relevant activity or meal suggestions, and displaying milestones. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. AI Processing
Some features (Sarathi Avatar, activity/routine/meal generation) send relevant, minimal context to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to generate responses. We do not send more information than necessary for the feature to function.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with row-level security policies ensuring that only you can access your own account's data. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@neurosarathi.com.
6. Children's Data
Child profile information is entered and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. Parents are responsible for the accuracy of information they choose to enter about their child.
7. Cookies
We use minimal cookies/local session data necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
