1. What NeuroSarathi Is

NeuroSarathi ("the Platform," "we," "us") is an educational support tool for parents and caregivers of children with neurodevelopmental differences. We provide general educational content, activity ideas, routine-building tools, meal suggestions, and informational resources.

2. What NeuroSarathi Is Not

NeuroSarathi is not:

A medical, diagnostic, psychological, or therapeutic service
A substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor, therapist, psychologist, or special educator
Able to diagnose, treat, or provide clinical recommendations for any condition

Any AI-generated suggestions (activities, routines, meal ideas, or conversational responses from "Sarathi") are general educational content only, not personalized medical or clinical advice, and must never be treated as such.

3. Your Responsibility & Consent

Use of this Platform is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion. By using NeuroSarathi, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding your child's care, health, education, or development, whether or not informed by content on this Platform
You will consult qualified professionals for any medical, psychological, developmental, or therapeutic concerns
You will not rely on this Platform as a substitute for professional advice
Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroSarathi, its founder, and any associated individuals or entities shall not be held responsible or liable for any outcome, harm, loss, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from your use of the Platform, your reliance on any content, suggestion, or AI-generated response, or any decision made based on information provided here.

You use this Platform entirely at your own risk and by your own choice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
